Integration Lincolnshire
Integration Lincolnshire works to establish integrated communities in which social and economic development is enhanced by ethnic diversity.
The organisation acts to develop co-operation between agencies to promote the delivery of integrated services supporting diverse cultures within communities across Lincolnshire.
Support for Migrant Workers
Integration Lincolnshire has grown from the realisation in 2004 that many migrant workers resident in the county need assistance, advice and care. They have great difficulty in meeting their housing, health, interpreting, legal, educational and childcare needs.
Co-operation
Integration Lincolnshire fulfills the need for a co-operative organisation, made up of representative members, that can support the work of voluntary and statutory bodies in migrant communities. This helps to meet the needs of migrant people and assists in their integration and acceptance by the local Lincolnshire community.
